Two accused of stealing from National Grid site

OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- Two people face charges after authorities say they stole equipment from a National Grid site in Oswego County. It happened on May 12th in the Town of Albion.
Sheriff's deputies say William Horning, 17, and Jason Moot, 22, stole metal arms from the site. Both Horning and Moot are charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and conspiracy.
They were both sent to the Oswego County Jail, with Horning on $1,000 cash bail and Moot on $10,000 cash bail.
