OSWEGO, N.Y. -- Fireworks lit up the sky over Oswego to cap off day three of Harborfest.
The rain stopped just in time for the show to go on as planned, and big crowds turned out for the spectacular display.
The four-day celebration wraps up in the Port City later Sunday.
