Roberta King laid to rest
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- Hundreds gathered to pay their final respects to the teacher who was in the class where Jiverly Wong carried out his killings. The funeral for Roberta King, 72, was held Monday afternoon at Temple Concord in Binghamton.
Friends say King, known as "Bobbie," was eulogized by her family and friends. King was a long-time substitute teacher and was filling in at the American Civic Association when she was killed.
