The Westmoreland Bulldogs won their third sectional title in four years at the Carrier Dome Friday night, beating the Weedsport Warriors 43-20 in the Section III Class D championship game in a battle of unbeaten teams.

The Bulldogs won the Class C titles in 2008 and 2006.
Westmo senior Justin Becker led the Bulldogs with four touchdowns on the night, including a 49-yard return of an onside kick in the fourth quarter to put the game away.

Weedsport running back Brian Quigley recovered a fumble and scored two touchdowns for the Warriors, who finish the season 9-1.
The top-ranked Bulldogs move onto the state tournament where they lost in the quarterfinals last year and in the semifinals in 2006.
