UTICA, N.Y. -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Utica's Cornhill District.

Police said George Garrow, 66, was shot along the 1100 block of Dudley Avenue late Wednesday night.

Garrow is a registered level three sex offender. He was convicted of sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy in 1988.
