HURLEY, N.Y. -- Congressman Maurice Hinchey's wife is due back in court later this month to face a drunk driving charge. During a short court appearance Thursday, Allison Lee-Hinchey's DWI case was adjourned to December 27th.

You may remember that Hinchey, 49, was pulled over by troopers on Morgan Hill Road in Hurley back in May. She's charged with misdemeanor DWI, as well as a number of traffic violations.

Her blood alcohol content was not released.
