FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. -- A woman is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Fayetteville Friday night.

Police say 68-year-old Norma Lazore rear-ended another car at the intersection of East Genesee Street and Cleveland Boulevard.

Officers say she was hit by a third vehicle while Lazore was attempting to pick up some of the debris in the street.

Lazore was taken to Upstate Unviersity Hospital in critical condition.

Both accidents are under investigation.
