JEFFERSON COUNTY, N.Y. -- One person has died after a one vehicle crash in Jefferson County.

Authorities say a pickup truck driven by Robert Galey rolled over just after 3 p.m. Thursday on County Route 21 in the Town of Theresa.

The passenger, Zachary Chambers, and two people in the bed of the truck, Thomas Uzailko and Shanna Knight, all had to be flown to a hospital. Uzailko was pronounced dead an hour and a half later.

Investigators are still unsure what caused the crash.
