EARLVIlLE, N.Y. – Representative Richard Hanna's Republican challenger, Michael Kicinski, voted at the Earlville Free Library Tuesday. He declined to answer any questions.
Kicinski has 12 children. He helped found the Norwich Tea Party Patriots and he is a conservative on social and fiscal issues.
