BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania State Constable is arrested on various charges, including prostitution, false imprisonment and sex acts, all of which police said he did while serving as an elected official. This is not the first time Francis Salatino, 51, was arrested for prostitution and other related offenses.

Salatino was arrested in May after police said he offered to pay a woman for sexual contact while he was transporting her to jail. Since then, authorities said nine victims have come forward, reporting various acts that Salatino committed against them in Bradford County.

Salatino was arrested on Friday night and was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful restraint, prostitution, criminal trespass, false imprisonment, official oppression, impersonating a public service, harassment and furnishing alcohol to minors.

He was taken into custody and released after posting $15,000 cash bail. Anyone who may have information about related incidents is asked to contact State Police at (570) 265-2186.
