HERKIMER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A man was arrested in Herkimer County after police say he exposed himself to three teenage girls. Terry Prescott, 29, of Utica was arrested in Herkimer after three 13-year-old girls told police a man in a black SUV followed them for several blocks then exposed himself through the door window.

Prescott is charged with public lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child, and aggravated unlicensed operation. He is being held at the Herkimer County Jail on $2,000 cash bail.
