Arrest made in death of Le Moyne College graduate

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- A man is arraigned in New York City on murder charges in connection to the deadly shooting of a Le Moyne College graduate. Khalid Rahman, 20, is being held without bail.
Police said he shot and killed Matt Shaw, 21, on the Fourth of July in Harlem. Shaw just graduated from Le Moyne in May, and was planning to start graduate school in Albany in the fall. His mother said he was spending the summer in Atlanta, but wanted to come home for the holiday.
The shooting took place not far from where his family lives. It is believe that Shaw was not the intended target in the shooting.
