ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Oneida County man is in critical condition after an ATV crash. Sheriff's deputies say Adrian Spence, 22, was riding his ATV in Westmoreland just before 9 p.m. Thursday when he lost control and rolled over.

Spence was able to stay on the ATV, but he was pinned underneath it. Witnesses say he did not have a helmet on.

Spence was taken to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center where he is in critical condition with a serious head injury.

The crash is under investigation.
