TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. -- One teen is dead and another seriously hurt following a two car crash in Tioga County, Pennsylvania Thursday afternoon.

Police say a 17-year-old driver lost control on a curve while driving on Route 249 in Middlebury, hitting an oncoming car. He was killed in the crash. A 14-year-old passenger was taken to the hospital with what police say was a major injury.

The driver in the other car was hospitalized with a minor injury.

Police are not releasing the victims' names at this time.
