UTICA, N.Y. -- A hospital employee has pleaded guilty to making threats against Faxton-Saint Luke's Hospital in Utica. Police say Elvin Ozoria, 30, had left a total of 15 notes in the hospital, some of which were threatening to harm staff and patients.

Ozoria pleaded guilty to five counts of making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment. His sentencing is scheduled for October 4th in Oneida County Court.
