STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Steuben County man has been charged with rape.

State Police say Larry Tomberelli, 37, of Urbana, had repeated sexual contact with a person under the age of 17.

Tomberelli has been charged with first degree rape and was sent to the Steuben County Jail without bail.
