Officials seize 49 marijuana plants in Bath
STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- Sheriff's deputies confiscated 49 marijuana plants found in a town in Steuben County.
Authorities found the plants on a large part of agricultural land off Grove Street in the Town of Bath. Authorities say the 49 plants were found growing in five different plots in a heavily overgrown area between a corn field and Cohocton River. Sheriff's deputies are looking for possible suspects in relation to this incident and other reports of marijuana growing in the area.
