NORWICH, N.Y. -- A search warrant has turned up dozens of guns and pot plants in a Norwich home. The Chenango County Sheriff's Office arrested Henry Hemsley, 73.

During the search of his home on County Route 32, deputies say they found 45 marijuana plants, several illegally possessed handguns and more than 200 long guns, including several fully automatic rifles. They also found 45 pot plants and about two pounds of marijuana.

Hemsley is charged with unlawfully growing marijuana and criminal possession of a weapon. Additional charges are pending.
