Syracuse police sergeant accused of violating order of protection
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse police sergeant is arrested for criminal contempt.

State Police say 46-year-old Kevin Blair, 46, of Fulton violated an order of protection issued to his ex-girlfriend.

The order was a result of a domestic incident that Blair was previously involved in.

Syracuse Police have suspended Blair without pay. He was arraigned in town of Clay Court and taken to Onondaga County Justice Center.
