Mobile meth lab discovered during traffic stop

OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A mobile meth lab is discovered in Oswego County, leading to three arrests.

It happened during a traffic stop on South Second Street in Fulton.

State Police say they found an illegal knife and hypodermic needles inside the car. Further investigation revealed about 18 packets of heroin and parts used in a mobile meth lab in the trunk.

Troopers arrested Ronald Gibbs, 25, Heather Grossman, 27, and Brittany Scullen, 23.

They were all charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of meth, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Gibbs was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and other traffic violations.

All three were taken to Oswego County Jail.
