HERKIMER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Frankfort man has been accused of holding a New Jersey woman against her will.

A woman from Camden County, New Jersey told police she was held for six hours by Christopher Judson, 25. Police say it happened over Thanksgiving in a shed he apparently lives in behind his listed address on McKennan Road in Frankfort.

The woman made the complaint after she says she was assaulted by Judson at her home in New Jersey.

Judson has been charged in New York with unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, but Judson also faces arrest warrants in New Jersey for charges including aggravated assault and making terroristic threats.
