Officials search for armed robbery suspect
SALINA, N.Y. -- Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store at knife point. It happened at the Byrne Dairy on Brewerton Road in Salina around 11 p.m. Friday.
Deputies say the suspect walked into the store, demanded money from an employee and ran off with cash. No one was hurt.
The description of the suspect is limited, but investigators say he was young, with brown eyes and hair, and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a red and white scarf wrapped around his face.
