LEWIS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Lewis County man has been accused of sexually assaulting a young child.

State Police say Frank Mann, 50, of Port Leyden, was arrested Thursday and charged with felony predatory sexual assault against a child younger than 11-years-old. Troopers say Mann allegedly had intercourse with the victim.

Mann was arraigned and sent to Lewis County Jail without bail.
