ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- If you're heading out to Lights on the Lake this Christmas Eve, make sure to give yourself some extra time. There were long lines of traffic Sunday night, as Central New Yorkers were getting into the holiday spirit.

If you haven't taken part in the local tradition, there's still time. Lights on the Lake runs through January 6th this year.

It’s $10 per car on weekdays, $15 per car on weekends.
