Gov. Cuomo gets update from Moreland Commission
Weeks after Superstorm Sandy devastated much of the coastal areas of New York and New Jersey, Governor Andrew Cuomo received the first of many recommendations from the Moreland Commission, the commission he created, to hold utilities accountable for quick restoration during severe weather.
