BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A Binghamton man is in custody after police say he robbed Dominos Pizza. It happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday at the Dominos on Vestal Avenue in Binghamton.

Police say Jeffrey Baker walked into the restaurant waiving a handgun before he got away with an unknown amount of cash. He was caught a short time after the robbery with a pellet gun.

Baker is charged with first degree robbery.
