ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police have identified the Cayuga County man killed in an early morning crash in the Town of Elbridge.

State Police say Bradley Reed, 35, lost control of his truck on Old Route 31 a little after 2 a.m. Saturday. The vehicle hit a snow bank and landed upside down in Carpenter's Brook.

The crash wasn't discovered until 7 a.m. Reed was pronounced dead around 9:30 a.m.
