Man sentenced to six years for child sex abuse
ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Oneida County man who admitted to sexually abusing a child has learned his fate. Dwayne Kirk, 46, of Constableville will spend the next six years in state prison.
Kirk was arrested last September and pleaded guilty to first degree sex abuse. As a part of his sentence, he must also serve 10 years of post-release supervision.
