Utica Police investigate counterfeit money
UTICA, N.Y. -- Utica Police are investigating a large amount of counterfeit money that's been circulated in the area for the past month. Investigators have received around 50 reports of phony cash.
Officers are warning shoppers and businesses to keep an eye out for the fake money.
Police also say that if you have a counterfeit bill, you should contact them at 735-3301.
