ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Federal prosecutors plan to call investigators to the stand this morning in the trial of a man accused of sexual abuse in Schuyler County.

Two teen brothers and a 21-year-old testified in federal court that they were sexually abused and photographed by 62-year-old Daryl Vonneida, a man they met through a church in Schuyler County.

All three told the jury Vonneida sexually abused them after having them pretend to kill each other and then play dead. Prosecutors say the acts took place in the defendant's home, in his car and various hotel rooms. They also claim Vonneida threatened them if they spoke about what was happening.

He faces several charges that include production of child pornography and transporting minors across state lines for sexual purpose.

There is also a fourth alleged victim and the trial could last up to two weeks.
