Utica man charged with sex abuse
UTICA, N.Y. -- A Utica man has been arrested following a five month investigation into the abuse of a young girl.
Justin Vangorder, 26, is facing a charge of first degree sexual abuse. He was arraigned in Little Falls Court and was sent to the Herkimer County Jail.
Police have not said when the incident took place, only that the victim was younger than 10 years old. The investigation was conducted by the State Trooper assigned to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
