HERKIMER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Herkimer woman was accused in a string of robberies from a local Walmart. Police said several televisions and home theater systems were stolen from the store.

Police got a call from an associate Friday, as a woman allegedly took off after attempting to steal a home theater. Investigators identified the suspect as Sarah Katherine Binney, 27, of Herkimer. They said she had been involved in several other burglaries at Walmart over the past week where two televisions and three home theater systems were stolen.

Binney is facing burglary and petit larceny charges, but authorities said more charges could be filed. She is being held in the Herkimer County Jail on $25,000 bail.
